Summer festivals in Croatia

Croatia is beautiful and appealing to tourists all year long, because its charm isn't something that fades with seasons, but simply changes its form. But no matter how tempting spring can be, summer is the flavour of the year. Hot and sizzling sun could make you perspirate more than you have planned, but without high temperatures you cannot really appreciate all the benefits of the Adriatic Sea. Beaches and the sea will easily fill out your days, and yes, you could spend your evenings in city restaurants or clubs, but where to go when you feel like enjoying in a bit of culture and music?

Practicatlly every town on the coast no matter how small or big has its so called „Summer“, and by that we mean a cultural event filled with music, theater and dance. Depending on the budget, you will enjoy either in amateur theater or a magnificent stage, but they all have one thing in common- the goal to leave their spectators breathless.

Dubrovnik Summer Festival:
Definitely the most famous summer festival in Croatia is Dubrovnik summer festival. The streets of this amazing city will be more than perfect scene for Shakespeare's plays, Italian operas and modern performances. The festival takes place in months of July and August and everyone can find something for himself: ballet, opera, drama or music concerts...

Motovun Film Festival:
