On the day of booking 30% of the total amount will be charged and the amount is non-refundable. The remaining amount will be charged 35 days before your arrival. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
Charged amount is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation later than stated or in case of no-show.
Insurance:Upon your arrival 500 € in cash will be charged and the amount is refundable, unless the apartment is damaged..
